Intro To Stage Directing
This performance is connected to my Self Destruct Song, Music Video, & photoshoot. For the entire fall semester I collaborated with choreographer Camille Pettiford and Dancer Jarrod Harrelll. Together we created the Self Destruct performance art piece. This was extremely out of my comfort zone as I had never danced in front of an audience like this before. I am very proud of this moment.
This project also allowed me to realize my abilities as a stage director. After four years of working within the theatre, this project showed me how far sitting, watching, and studying different performances has prepared me for my own creative endeavors.
